CONCLUSION:
As the first UX project there was a lot of learning at each stage. Progressing to the UI, I observed a lot a flaws in the wireframes initially done. Either the screen had too much content and it needed to split into a new screen or there was a lack of clarity in the flow or a new idea suited better than what was previously done. Incorporating all the changes with each new iteration the end result looks quite different from above shown wireframes. The navigation, task flow and information architecture also suffered minor changes.
